1. Shipping Timeline

• Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
• We ship on all working days (Monday–Saturday), excluding Sundays and national holidays.

2. Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
• Other Cities/Towns: 5–7 business days from dispatch.
• Remote/Interiors: 7–10 business days, depending on courier availability.

3. Shipping Partners

We use trusted courier services (Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx, etc.) to ensure safe delivery. Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping may be offered on select products, combos, or promotions.
• For other orders, shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

5. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to logistics issues, strikes, natural calamities, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we request your patience and cooperation.

6. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
• You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website.

7. Non-Delivery / Wrong Address

• If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is not accepted by the customer, shipping charges (both ways) will be deducted from the refund.
• Please ensure your address and contact details are correct before placing an order.
